Refund policy

At Ellah’s Little Boutique, we want you to love every piece you receive! While all sales are final, we do offer a 3-day exchange policy for eligible items.

🔁 Exchange Eligibility:

  • Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with tags attached.

  • Items will be inspected upon return. If they show signs of wear or damage, they will not be accepted for exchange.

🚫 Please Note:

  • No exchanges will be accepted after the 3-day window.

  • Items that do not meet the above conditions will not be eligible for exchange.

  • Shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
